I will be installing a Dana 60 into my 88 Blazer soon. I wanted to know how much higher if any will the Dana 60 raise my Blazer comparerd to the 10 bolt on there know? Sorry I'm haveing a hard time explaining this. I gess what I mean is from the center line of the axle tube to the bottom of the last spring were it sits on the perch. Thanks Ed

Yep i heard over 1/2" more like 3/4" but i really don't know.
4x4High measured the difference when he swapped from a 10 bolt to a D60.

Yeah Ill back that up... about 3/4" sounds right. When I swapped in the 60 for the 10B I was draggin a slight amount of ass. Fixed it with a slightly larger block in the rear.

Agreed, 3/4". Gave my truck a noticible difference.

Yes, the consensus is correct. I did measure the height difference and it was 3/4" on my 1984 D60 versus my 1989 10 bolt.
