dana 60 limited slip

    how hard is it to replace clutch packs in a dana 60 its outta a 77 ford /forums/images/graemlins/ignore.gifits the 32 spline if i remember corectly any i make aftermarket packs or is this a dealer item ?

    Powr loc, right? Very easy. Take it apart, clean it. Lube up the clutches, and put it back together with the belvels facing the correct way. At work ours are made by Spicer, I donnt know for sure if theres other companies out there that make anything.

    your saying not to replace clutch pack just clean them???

    I have a copy of the dana 60/70 powr-loc service manual in the link in my signature if it's not good enough I can try and fax it to you.
