my buddy is rebuilding his gm dana 60 front, when he was taking the pinion out he destroyed the oil spreader/splasher thing (i forget the name), but it just looks like a big washer.

does anyone know where to buy one of these? I work at a gm dealer and looked it up on the computer and the part is discontinued.

    thanks

The one on the outside? Between the outer bearing and seal? Dont worry about it.

If your talking about the Huge "Oil Slinger" washer that goes on the pinion (near the head) I've got an extra one. If your talking about the "thrust" washer that goes on after the last bearing and before the yoke, I've got one of those too.
    PM me.
