What are my options if a front Dana 60 has no spring plates with it? Can you buy new still? Can you find used? If so how hard is it?

Not sure about new but I see them on Ebay a lot, expect to pay $50-$100 for a set there.

You can still get them from GM Parts Direct for about $35. Part numbers 370055 and 370056.
