Ok,
Someone tell me some info about a Dana 60 rear from a Dodge van. I know it's wider than my current rearend, but can i make it work? Also, is it really worth it, or should i go with the 14B? I can find those all day, it's just that i found a Dana 60 for free. Help me out here.

I can tell you that it may well have the wrong lug pattern, and that the 14 bolt is way stronger. Other than that there's no reason why it wouldn't work.

less clearance with the ff14b i think... but if there is a beefier/stronger/better rear axle to use than the venerable ff14b, I dunno what it is. and no, rockwells dont count... any axle with just one gear ratio sucks imo. /forums/images/icons/wink.gif
