I bought a 1ton truck for the axles, $400. Not a bad price.
I am parting the rest of the truck out. I stripped the axle
down to the tubes. Needs gears and all the seals. The big question is:
The inner axle shafts are grooved from the old inner seals
too deep to reseal. Does anyone know if I can get speed-sleeves for the axles? Or do I need to buy new inner shafts.
The good news is I guess I am going to have to
replace the carrier so it looks like an ARB with 4.88!! /forums/images/icons/shocked.gif a little early!

I found the part # for anyone that might have the same
problems. Napa auto part# CR99156. They sell a speedi
sleeve to fix this for $33.00 better than $100 a piece
    for new axle shafts. /forums/images/icons/shocked.gif
