I have heard from a guy in Portland area that shipped a D60 from somewhere like Ohio to Portland, OR for around $150 with Forward Air /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Tx to Cali... $165 The weight is in the forsale section, just call up Forward Iar and ask them... Say it's an axle, it's on a pallet, it's so long and so wide and you're going from ??? To ??? /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Is that what the seller charged you or Forward Air charged you? My guess is the seller ripped you off a little or charged extra for gas to drive a long way to the terminal?

Not trying to defend Forward Air, but they are a great company... When I was calling for quotes to ship another part, the difference between Il. and Fl was like $200 even though it's roughly the same distance! It has a lot to do with how often they travel to your spot and fuel costs! It's not ALL about weight and distance from point A to point B! /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
