I have so many things going at once, it is hard to remember what is what, but for now. Lookin at gettin a dana 60 for front. Question is, is there a hybrid ujoint for mating up the 60 to my stock shaft? (currently coming off of a 241 I think) I am debating on wheather to get 60 and put her under it now, or get it and wait until this summer to put in under it when I intall different transfer case and doubler (new shafts anyway).

I have been asking a lot of questions lately and I really appreciate everyone's info. I feel like I am gettin info, but not given enough out to others. Just let everyone know,. thanks.

IGN, I have plans for console, just need email, or how to post pictures on a web site. Have about 20 pictures.

Dana 60's uses the same Ujoints as D44's and 10 bolt fronts (I'm not talking about the axle shaft Ujoints).

1310 is the size. You'll see, keep your current one's on your shaft if they're good....they'll fit.

As Boss said, it will bolt in directly, however if you are NOT lifting the truck might have an issue with the shaft being too short as the D60 pinion sticks out farther than a 10/D44.

Hey thanks for info, and as far as the pinion stickin' out more. That is great news, becuase my four inch superlifts, actually lifted it 5.5 and the slip yoke worries me. Any other things to look out for with the Dana 60?
