I have been having some troubles wit hmy truck since I bought it, so today I went out to change the oil. All 8 plugs were soked in oil. Bad rings......rebuilt 10k miles ago my rear, but what can ya do. It does not have the original motor in it. Some kind of 350 with "m style" exhaust ports in the heads. Anybody know what that might have came out of? Also, if I just rebuild this motor, will TPI fit onto it? Im not sure if the intakes on the heads are in the same location for all 350s or if they are all different. Any input appreciated....

You should be able to get the numbers off the block and at least track down the year. Several guys on this board and 67-72chevytrucks.com have access to that info.
