    So what's the deal with the Deadliest Catch show.The crab fishing show is on but they havent said jack about the other show coming on.I guess the other show got too dangerous to film.

    The wife and I were just discussing that. We were thinking it was a spin off of the Deadliest Catch. Guess I should have checked Direct TV to see what the title was. Too late now.

    Their isn't too many shows I make plan's to watch(not even the Tuttles) but that was one.

    and for me its Lost, all the Law & Orders, Rescue Me (when it comes back on), and the shows the wife makes me watch......

    I think ratings also have something to do with it.


    I love the show.

    Like firewood, I have a better appreciation for it.

    I think Lost would be a good show,but it's been on too long for me know what the deal was if I started watching it.

    lobsterman is a serious job... like being a firefighter or something... you can definitely get killed doing it. Getting yanked over the side by trap rigging and stuff and drownded would be a crappy way to go!

    the pay can be pretty damn good though.i've heard $40.000 for six weeks. sometimes more.a guy at one of our other stores was gonna do it 2 winters ago.

    they had said something last season about the fishing not being done that way anymore, and maybe it just wouldn't be that exciting
