Well as many of you have probly seen the post in the garage left by Butch about fixing deathwobble. well today I put 1, 1/4 inch thick washer in each side of my king pin on the dana 60, took it for a spin and the deathwobble is completly gone /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif. as some of you know I have been fighting this problem for quite some time now. I got the washers at Tacoma screw (columbia blvd) they were a perfect fit inside of the trunion cap, they cost 88 cents for two and a couple bucks at six states for some trunion cap gaskets. Just thought I would let you guys know just in case your having the same problem. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

You wont need much. take off the tire, unbolt the cap and you are there. when you get into it you'll see it.

He won't charge you much either, but their is a FUMES handling fee involved, that really puts a dent in your wallet.... /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif

NP, let me know, you can do it here............take you all of 15 minutes. Think the cap bolts are 9/16", four of them per side, drop in the spacer/washer/DW solution-from-the-heavens and bolt it back together. Use a bit of silicone or a gasket and you're done. Then the other side and it's hopefully DW-gone............. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
