Which would have done better against a deer.

    why??..

If someone clocks a deer here, and doesn't want the meat, usually one of the cops end up taking it home--or they bring it to the state prison a few miles away, and they have venison for supper!.. ..all I know is there is usually no problem finding someone to take it away...

I'm not much of a butcher or hunter, all the meat I've eaten came from the supermarket!----why would "bloodshot" meat be any different from any other dead deer?...is it due to the trauma of the impact that makes it unsuitable??...school me...

1st you have to be kinda careful when your gutting a deer after its been shot..ya know blatter and whatnot, soooo if its been just clobbered by a catti then its questionable whether the insides have leaked all over all the good meat.

    Triple that, too.

Also, not sure if you really feel like eating or picking broken bones out of your mouth after chewing the meat. :doah:

bruised meat tastes like a$$, although the meat wagon came and salvaged the good half of the deer for the local food bank.

Last summer, I went to an accident across the county line one afternoon. It was reported as a deer vs. motorcycle. When I arrived, they were getting the MC rider ready for transport. I kind of stood there in awe cause the rider was actually talking and moving somewhat. They were saying he smacked the deer at approximately 70 mph. Of course the deer was DRT and the bike didn't look all that bad, but I was amazed at the fact that the rider was in as good shape as he was.

    HHHHMMMMPP!.:tongue1: :ignore: .
--with a side dish of razor sharp BONES hidden in it!..:yikes:

Kinda makes me wonder why the cop was arguing with another guy over who got to keep the deer hit in front of my house!..you'd think they would know it might be "soiled"??.... :1zhelp:
