    Re: The K-5

    I'll try, hehe.
First thing is getting an engine into it.
I spent today PB Blasting all the hangar bolts, body mount bolts, rear bumper bolts, and drivetrain fasteners.
    I'm gonna soak them everyday.
I also took the air hose to the interior, blasting dirt, broken glass, etc out of the "cab".
I'm gonna put shorter tires on it to ease installing the engine.
At least the windshield frame is unrotted, heh.

Does anyone have good tips on getting the four cv joint bolts out at the output shaft of the tranfer case ?
    There is hardly any room!

Good luck with all your projects, everyone.

R72K5, pull the Dog-house out of the cab of the Blazer and get at the CV joint bolts from above. That's how I got mine out when I changed out my tranny...
