I can't find my copy of "the Program" anywhere on my computer, so I will be writing up a new version this evening and sending it out to everyone who has requested a copy by tomorrow night at the latest.

    Sorry, for the delay, brothers.

I have a quicker way to slim down, for those of you who really want to know, its called....."the divorce diet".

Simple. Break up or get a divorce from your significant other and then watch the pounds melt away from stress, etc.

Well, I just got finished typing the sucker out. I've sent copies out to everyone by email. Some of you have either disabled your email option or never PMed me an addy. If you didn't get a copy, and are still interested, PM your email address and I'll shoot you a copy ASAP.

Oh well. I just came up with 2.0 version, and added some scientific mumbo jumbo in for background info. But it's basically the same simple little plan that worked so well a few years ago.

For those who think this program might be BS just give it a try. Paul got me on it a few years ago and I had instant results. The longer your on it the faster it works. Plus your energy level will sky rocket. I lost 57 lbs the last time I was on it and it only took like 3.5 months.
Also there is lots of products out there that can help out like low carb pastas and what not. I ate lots of fish and veggies the last time. Oh and this is not the Adkins diet so don't go out and eat a pound of bacon for breakfast, m'kay.

I was readin' through it, and, well....wow. Good info. This will be my New Years resolution - hit 220 lbs.

    [backstory on]
Earlier this year, I was up to 278 lbs., and it showed (6'2", lost lots of muscle mass)....wasn't looking to good. I've gotten down to 245 lbs,. but I've plateaued out - I can't loose any more. I'm hoping that this new mentality/information will help me to hit my goal of 220 (a weight I haven't been at since I was in H.S., and THAT was 10 years ago).
    [backstory off]

'Course, once I hit 220 lbs., I'll be at my target weight to begin my new workout program, which should lead me to my ultimate goal.

Thanks again, Can Can. I'll keep ya up to date about how your ideaology is working for me.:D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D
