Well the Mod here is Rene (TRustyK5)

As for numbers I don't have any but i can tell you in what sequence I would go:
You don't need the intercooler before a Turbo, you can't benefit from propane injection before the Turbo, you shouldn't have a Turbo with a restricted exhaust, so i would start with an exhaust upgrade, that should net you ~5HP maybe a little more Torque.
The turbo numbers you can find on Banks page I don't have time now but later if no one does it I will.
Then I would go with the propane, which depending on how much you use, could get you in the ~90HP extra.
This is when you will start needing the intercooler after bumping the compression up with a turbo and burning it better with the propane, although the propane does bring down the temps a little, you could still benefit from the cooler air coming from the intercooler.
    I think it's overkill though.

I would do them all and don't forget bigger injectors. I almost built a 6.2 with all this stuff but decided on the 406SB. You could stomp on some stock older dodge's with all those power adders. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

How about some chassis dyno numbers? Prolly a bit more accurate than Banks advertising...

Man I didn't know it makes so much difference with the stanadyne additives.

Well I guess I should work on my timing now since i already have a turbo, and I will work on the exhaust too and rebuild my injectors.

You're reading the wrong side of the chart. One side is HP the other is torque. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
