Diesel part numbers post

    I know a few of you have lists of handy part numbers for 6.2/6.5 stuff. Let's start and keep a list.

    An example would be the P/N for the 2 quart oil filter...

    I'll keep editing as guys post up numbers and make this sticky, unless we don't get enough numbers to justify it.

    Just happened to get one today. Will think of more as
    work on my new Blazer progresses.

    About 6 months ago I topped 13K I think.

    Yeah when I first started here I put 2000 posts in 2 months, none were padding or chit chat, all were answers to posts, but then I got too busy and didn't have much time to go online, and then we had our Norcalbigdawgs forum so I spent more time there and in the past year I haven't even got 1000 /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

    Not that I am in a race or something. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

    These are for a 2002 Duramax.
    Engine oil filter/Wix # 57202
    Engine air filter/Wix # 46678
    Fuel filter/Wix # 33810

    Allison 1000 serie's M74 Transmission:
    Outer filter/Wix # 57701
    Inner filter available only through GM at this time/GM # 2953-7965

    Cab air filter/Wix # 24805

    Serpentine Belt, [note depend's on emission equipment installed on vehicle], available only at GM dealer's at this time GM # for mine at least is, 97300653
    there are variable's, the dealer need's the VIN of the rig to get proper serp belt. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif $45.95 with a discount applied. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

    Transfer case oil GM prefer's their oil # 8800 12378508 1393 take's 2 quart's of this smelly stuff at $7.15 a qt. here in Spokane anyhow. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif
