    Here they are:

    GU4 - 3.08
    GU6 - 3.42
    GT4(or 5X1) - 3.73
    GT5/GT8 - 4.10

Hope that helps........FYI, the RPO sheet may also be located on the driver's side fender well under the hood.

Off the topic but i noticed that you have the sm465 and the n208 transfer case. How did you mate those up? Just wondering what i can do to get a lower gear ratio in my xfer case.
    Thanks

the sm 465 and np208 were stock in the mid eighties blazers and trucks, I just happen to have a sm 465 with the adapter for sale, if you have a turbo 400 the transfer input is the same 32 spline, if it's a 700R4 or turbo 350 it's 27 spline, you need a 208 with the 32 spline input gear. Uh, I got some kinda weird code for my rear diff gearing.. "1GQ1".. I have no idea what that means, but it's the gearing listed on the parts ID sticker

    My RPO book says this:

    GQ1 - Axle, STD ratio

A lot of guys have this code and I'm not sure what it means. GM probably had a set gear ratio in mind when they made the K5. I would *assume* that based on the design and anticipated use of the Blazer, 3.42s or 3.73s would fit into that category.

FWIW, my 84 came from the factory with 3.73s. I have the trailer package, so maybe that was a factor when they installed those gears........

A buddy runs the parts dept. for the local GM dealer. I'll try to remember to ask to him tomorrow so we can clear this up once and for all.

SHOOT!!! I forgot........It snowed 8" here today AND I had to repair a hit 1 1/2" gasline. Then my wife left the lights on on the 84 so I had to go boost her.

There's my excuses[IMG]!!!! Drop me a PM tomorrow in case I forget again. I'm going ice-fishing at 6:30am and the cold(-18' Farenheit) might numb my brain[IMG].
