Is one standard and one metric?

I found the 81 -91 bolt-in kit for sale locally.

    But I have a '73 /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

    Wondering what the differences are...

    Thanks

The only difference between the "-L" and "-E" kits is the small clip that goes in front of the crossmember. Here's a photo of the early model brace kit:

    (-L being 81+ "Later" and -E being 73-80 "Early".)
