Do they make paper gaskets for differential covers such as a D44 and GM 14 bolt? It seems to me like they would and there was one on my cover when I took it off, but the local parts store told me they dont make one and sold me some black RTV. That stuff is pretty messy and make my painted up cover and axle look like crap... Let me know.

    Thanks!

Yes, they do make gaskets for your diff covers. I got one for my front 10-bolt and 14-bolt from autozone.

Yep, they make the paper ones. I usually put Permatex on the paper gasket for added protection.

Go to the GM parts dealer; that is where I got mine.
