    Oh, yeah!!!

I love Bar-B-Que sauce on 'em sometimes, but sometimes, like today, just fried with salt and pepper.

just finished a barbque at my house. Had some peeps over and cooked up some good meat. Ribs smothered in hickory barbque sauce and a family size package of eckrage(sp?) sausage, some chicken legs/thighs, and some hamburgers, along with some candied beans, and potato salad on the side. mmmmmmmmmm. Yeah that is just the way I like my chops, fried with pepper.

That sauce is the best I've ever used to compiment pork. I hear ya on the salt and pepper...sometimes it's refreshing to just go back to the basics.:D
