Is there a carb out there that I can buy and will be a direct fit meaning all the original vacume lines and gas lines are in the same place. Is there one of theses I can buy at a decent price? if so where ?

It would need to go in a 85 with a 305 auto choke.

Check with Autozone or pep-girls for a reman Q-jet for your year and engine. Should be a direct replacement.

Get the # off of your carb, then call the parts store. Give them that # and they will get you a direct replacement. Some years have more than one choice and this eliminates the possibility of getting the wrong one. The # will be on the left side of carb running from top to bottom.

Ebay :-) You may wan to look at E-bay for a reman or use Q-jet that will work. This is what I did, bought a Q-jet off e-bay and rebuild it. Some times you can find rebuild q-jets the usually have the # with the post. You can use that # and decode it to see if it will fit your. Your other alternative is buying from Schucks or Napa that they aren't cheap.

Edelbrock makes one 190x-190x. You can get them from just about anywhere, mail order, or local.
    Good luck
