    does anyone make a disc brake conversition for a 14bff

    There are several makers of disc brackets. TCM makes an entire kit.
    Most people here source the calipers and rotors themselves and use one of the several brackets available to make there own 'kit'

    Try doing a search for 'Disc Brake brackets' in "All forums" going back about 3 months. That should bring up as much info as you need.
