    Did somebody out there ever tried to use the rear caliper from a late model chevy pick-up(new body style)to do a rear disk setup.maby they would be cheaper that the cady ones OR maby i'm just STUPID!!!!!dont know!!!!! /forums/images/icons/smile.gif /forums/images/icons/smile.gif

    I considered trying this mod myself... After finding the disk brake conversion brackets, I decided I really like the idea of all my brake parts being compatable.

    The early disk brake parts are cheap too...

    The brackets would have too be different. The calipers on the new trucks mount way different then the caddy and the 3/4 ton chevys
