    Well...here's the kit...just 2 rings..
    A good price too..at $65 a wheel.

    I started with a Wheel Vintiques "super-trucker" 15x10 wheel. pn.82-500804

First I ground the wheel near the weld area.
then clamped the ring to the wheel, centered...and tacked..

    To prevent warpage...I welded 3"s..
then turned the wheel 90 degrees...
and dropped anouther bead..and so on..
After 4 welds..I'd let it cool..

    Here's the wheel..complete... /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Now...I have some painting and mounting to do.. /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

    Thanks Kert!!!

    Thanks /forums/images/graemlins/peace.gif

    Lincoln 225 MIG
    tri-gas
    .035 wire

    I crank-up the voltage...and spray it on..
    It's FAST...
I did 3 at the same time...rotating them..
    to prevent warpage..

    TJ:

    About 20-30 minutes per wheel

They add right at 1 to 1.5 at the most to the width. What size tire would you be running?
