Will I need new lift blocks with a 14FF conversion. I know I'll need new U-bolts and mounting plates. If I do, how much are lift blocks? Should I just get new 4" lift springs?

You can use your existing blocks. But you will need new u-bolts to fit around the 14-bolt's axle tubes.

I had 2" blocks and 2" springs and when I put my 14ff in I went to a 1" block. It was about 1" higher in the back before the swap and was about 2" higher after it so I got shorter blocks.
