Does any one know if these will fit? My welders NFG so
need a direct swap.If so is it worth the trouble or should
    I wait for chevy diffs?
Quoted as posted an a local site.

Dana 44 heavy duty front axle from 1 ton, 8 bolt pattern, 12" disk brakes, flat top knuckles, passenger side diff. 4:10 ratio, $300

    Dana 60 rear axle, 4:10 ratio, $200

Both axles are from the same 1980 Dodge 3500 SRW. I'll take $450 for the pair.

For an extra charge I can do the nessesary machining on the drivers side knuckle to accept high steer arm

why is there a 44 in a one ton truck? Yes it will fit.. you need to do a few minor things, you can either spread the springs apart 1/2 inch..... but if i had it to do over aGAIN i would get some bushings from AzKickin offroad that were offset a 1/4 inch on each side... Search for "dodge d60" in this forum and the 73-91 forum... Its been explained a few times...
