I don't know if the Dodge front 60s wiill fut (but I'd like to know if someone has some details). considering the amount of work to match the axles, intstall, parts, etc.. The price is to high. (IMOP)

The Dodge spring perch is too wide.
Being that the D60 has the spring perch cast into the housing, this is not a usable axle.

<font color=blue> At some point I'll be done building my truck and can actually go wheeling. Until then, I guess sex and alcohol will have to do. [IMG]

The axle would work OK, but IMO the price is too high. If it had a locker, then maybe. For an axle that hasn't been gone through, but is complete, I'd say a grand or so. I paid $750 for mine, but it took a long time to find it. By the time I was done rebuilding it and putting in a Detroit, I was right around $1500. If you really want the 4.88s, then maybe. As for the 14 bolt, if you want a detroit then you need a factory open carrier.

If anyone needs an 14BFF open carrier, I have one that I pulled 4.10 gears from. I wouls part with it for a reasonable price.
