Dodge changed the diff side in '94, I know a '94 & up will not work. Thats all the help I can give you on that one.

The spring pads on the dodge dana 60 are a little too narrow. Only a Chevy 60 will bolt in.

Although if you can get it really cheap then you can take it to a rerarend shop and have it set-up for a Chevy!!!

I have a Dana 60 off a late 70's or early 80's Dodge dually on the front end of my black truck--it's awesome, but the parts were more expensive and could only be bought at the Dodge dealer or wrecker. It has 5/8" studs, 32 spline outer axles and larger calipers and hubs. It bolted right up even though the spring perch width was 5/8" wider (the front leaf springs are ever so slightly bowed, but you can't even tell if they're bowed in or out). If anyone is really interested, I know of a Dodge truck (been for sale for a very long time) I think it is a '64 or a '68. It has a Dana 60 on the front and the back. Asking price if $1,200.00, probably very negotiable. I thought about it for a fun truck to keep out in the desert and not worry about, but I already have two of those and a wife who wonders how many trucks I need. If anyone is interested, I can make the connection for them.

Would a Dana 60 that old be the closed knuckle type? If so, does anyone know how strong those are? (And how hard to find parts for?)
