This is interesting. I just logged on to the RCC board. They have an interesting feature you can turn on in your profile- it is AN AUTO-VOTE FEATURE. ALL YOU DO IS LOG IN, AND YOU JUST VOTED. Obviously, I left that checkbox unchecked

Yeah, I saw that too. I'm told that it is against the rules of Top 4X4, but as long as we're beating them without cheating, I think it's kinda funny that they can't keep up using the "auto vote" option. The Tacoma guys used that too, and I think that is where some of the talk of cheating came from. I check the RCC board occasionally, and have seen a few good tips I can use, and haven't really seen any mention of cheating or questions on how to cheat, so I kinda blew off the auto vote thing.

Taco Terries did that? I suppose that would explain why they were banned from Top 4x4 then. ( if you notice, they're no longer on there) this would explain why ramcharger Central has almost managed to beat us this month...

on another note, nowhere on thier site do I see a link to the top 4x4site... isn't that a requirement of the whole get listed on top 4x4?

just an observation ( perhaps its burried behind a differnet broken link then the ones I;ve tried...

Yeah, the Taco site used auto vote, but like Steph said, the webmaster chose to be removed. The RCC site has a spot that says Vote, but it doesn't say the name of Top 4X4.

Don't get me wrong, they have a pretty good forum. I thought the auto vote thing was a good idea, too bad we didn't think of it first (auto vote only when member logs in). It's NOT cheating, just using the computer to do some work for you...You have to check the box in your profile to activate the option, it's a time saver thing.
