I sold off the extra SM465 2wd tranny I had... I do have one in my '73 that will be getting parted out soon but it likes to pop out of 3rd gear and really needs to be rebuilt. A car 4 spd is a completely different animal from a truck 4 spd though...

There's a Muncie M20 sitting over at my parents house I'd sell, but to be honest I don't think one of the AL housing car 4 speeds would hold up very well in a truck.

It has a 350 in it but I have to keep the HEI, intake manifold and carb. Sold part of the clutch linkage to Tazz too... I was going to make a trailer out the bed but it would probably be easier to sell it whole for $200

I would just need the motor and tranny minus what you and tazz need. the bed would just be scraped anyways so you're better off keeping it.

I'v got that 465-208 set a side for ya, you could use for it part trade?????

That would work for me... then I can just pull the motor and tranny as a unit. Could you meet me at Jeff's with the 465/208 when I take the trip down? Hmm... I gotta get my Jimmy running this weekend then start parting out the '73 and make a trailer... then I can haul the motor/tranny down in the trailer behind the Jimmy. I guess I'd better get outside and get back to work. I was trying to plan for next Sunday to head down, gotta get some work done!

What were you thinking... $100 plus the 465/208 for the 350 and SM465?

Kenny, if you are planning on bringing the motor/tranny down as one complete unit, then we should just meet at my parents place. Do you remember how to get there? Jeremy can just meet me at my place. Everyone just keep my informed on whats going on as I'll be in town all weekend, either at my place or over there working on the 64 :thumb:
