    Does anyone run a 4\" w/32\'s?

    Does anyone run a 4" w/32's?

In my search for a good 2-3" lift I keep getting steered toward a 4". But I just bought new 32" BFG's... So, does anyone run this combo so I can get a rough idea of what its going to look like?

    Thanks

You shouldn't need any lift for 32s on a Gen1 Blazer. I run 32s on 15"x10" wheels and everything mostly clears (when the tires were brand-new, there was a little interference with the fang when turning the front wheels to the left or to the right, a bit short of full lock).

My personal opinion is that 4" of lift would look funny with 32s (the shopping cart wheel syndrome). 33s look more or less OK, but still a little funny with 4" of lift. 34s would look really nice, but nobody makes a 34" tire.

Here is my Suburban with a 4" lift and 32's.

    My 1971 Suburban

I had the 32's on it before the lift. I plan on going to to 35's with the current 4". /forums/images/graemlins/burb.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif /forums/images/graemlins/burb.gif

I looked at a Blazer once that had a 4" & 32's. It looked pretty good but if I had bought it, I would have gone bigger.

    Hello there,

See my post at the top of the message board. I am selling a complete 4-inch lift system (springs front & rear + shocks) that is coming off of my 72-GMC Jimmy.

    Regards,
    Scott

I am running a 4" lift with 33's. When I bought my blazer it had stock suspension with 32's and I never experienced any clearance problems. But it now performs and looks a hell of a lot better.
