    I found a set of three axles, 1 Dana44, and 2 GM 2.5 ton.
One major problem is that they are located in Kenosha Wisconsin and I am not sure how to get them to Vernon CT. I could really use somes help with these, is there a CK5 member located near there that would be willing to help me out? Maybe even take a look at them for me and tell me if they are worth buying? If it is worth buying, I only need one rear axle and would give the extra 2.5 ton to the helping person. They are also offering a divorved transfer case as well as the drive shafts for extra as well, I will let everone know what type it is when I get some more info, maybe some here my want them.

Here are the questions I asked about the axles. Feel free to suggest any other questions that would be a good idea.

Which axle is the Dana 44, the front or rear?

Do you know the Ring and Pinion ratios of the GM 2.5 tons?

How much do you want for the transfer case and what type is it?

that is too much trouble. are you looking on Ebay? i found both by front d60(NY) and rear 14(NJ) very cheap on there. One tip is to Email the seller and offer them a $$ amount within your budget. You'd be surprised how many sellers will accept.

Shipping this stuff will kill the deal.

It is 35.22 miles from Kenosha, WI to Saint Francis, WI which is the closet Forward Air location.

I was thinking they came out of a military vehicle or dump truck.

I looked at the auction page, they don't look like d44's or d60's. They look similar to some rockwells that were in a 66 k70 I looked at awhile ago. tough getting parts for them as they are not made anymore. I'de find out exactly what they are. unless he can prove what they are I would stay away.
