Man, this sucks. I went over and picked up my 88 GTA yesterday. Well, the 88 GTA with a 350 TPI turned out to be a 1984 Trans Am with a 305 4bbl. The guy had no idea what it had in it and even forgot what year it was, even though he bought it new! There are a few good parts on it, though. It's got a Ferrari kit car back hatch that he said cost him $1000 when he got it a few years after he bought the car. It also has a functional ram-air hood that I could probably get a few bucks for.

Anybody need any parts off of an 84 Trans Am? PM me and make me an offer!

Nah, it was free. That's why I'm not complaining too badly!

Hey, the stereo works! I connected a battery to it and the stereo went on. Pretty nice sounding too! The motor even turns. Gotta drain the tank. That stuff probably looks like varnish!

Hey, it runs! The tank needs to be drained, gonna do that tomorrow. Then I'll get it running good. Gonna try and pick up a whaletail spoiler at the boneyard tomorrow, too. Then all I need to do is get the funk out of the interior and I can drive it! Man, I'm not so pissed about this deal after all!

Save the varnish, I am refinishing a table and chair set up for the patio, I could use it.
