Anyone else here have a domain name collection? What names do you have that you thought would sell? What names did you get that did sell?

I own 40ouncecurls.com, 40ozcurls.com, alistclubs.com, barguideonline.com, onlinebarguide.com, ricerssuck.com, pornfreakz.com and my favorite SHOCKING****.COM... I need to get them up on ebay and see what happens

I thought about a domain name collection... but never got around to finding anything good... I might just sell my domain name, Dragonriot.com... but then I'd have to change my e-mail address, and I'd never get the name back when I decide to use it for a company again.

yeah, just go to a website that registers domain names. I of course would recomend godaddy.com. But mostly cause I work for them. They are currently the cheapest out there and have 24/7 customer support. I pay $4 a year for some of my domain names and not more than $8.95 for the rest. Just depends on if you get one of their deals.

How would one go about transferring domain names to you guys?

I own wrath.com, wrath.net, and wrath.org. I used to own most of the other ones but I let them lapse. I've been with register.com for like 7 years now or something. It's kind of pricey but they have some features that no one used to have (like you could change the DNS settings, modify c-names, et cetera).

The most I ever had anyone offer me money was $3100 and that was more than five years ago.

The latest group of people to ask me was some guy that works for LucasArts and wanted to buy wrath.com for that new game they came out with. He pretended to not be from LucasArts but his IP was owned by the same company that ownes the IP their mail server sits on. I think I had him up to a grand or something. Cheap bastard. He originally offered me $100.

Hey, click on my auctions if you care, but my first venture at selling domain names isn't doing to bad. I paid betweet 3 and 8 bucks for each one and they are doing ok. There are a lot more watchers than bidders, so I think they will be doing pritty good in the end.
