Are those rare up there? Seems like every other one I pass down here is sporting dubs.

The trucks are kinda rare around here, mostly SUV's and fullsize/midsize Chevy's and fords.

If it will fit a 20" or bigger down here, someone will finance a set and slap them on.

Do ya'll have Rent 'n Roll down there?

    You can actually rent wheels!?!?!?

    http://www.rentnroll.com/

Part of the packages they sell are $10,000 life insurance policies so they get their money if you die. Serious.

Yep. The funny thing to see is in Bankruptcy court when the people who financed the car are arguing with the people who financed the wheels about where the rest of the car will be left.:D

I would bet that the wheels would fall into the area of a mechanic's lien. But in the event that the note is still held by the bank, I'd imagine there'd be a little fight over who gets what.

You laugh. I'd pimp the hell out of that. Maybe lower it some and change to a different STYLE of wheel, but yes, it's definitely something I would be seen in.

Actually they have a seperate lien on the wheels and the rental people always get them back. Problem is that the "owner" has usually sold or given away the stock set and there are no tires to go on the vehicle.
