Hey Duane have you driven Dough Spoon or Alkali (sp) Basin yet? Scott and I thought we would do a short trip next weekend. Would you be interested if you could get to work on time? Somehow we Western Slope guys need to get the word out about Colorado K5, I met a fellow with an 88 K5 that hadn't heard of CK5 yet:frown1: .

    Hey Fred
Nope haven't driven it in a rig but I have been up it on a 4 wheeler. Never been on Alkali though.

I could go on Sunday. Still have to get under the hood and stab the dizzy and see if the cherry bomb will fire. I work Saturday.

IMHO, once you're in there is no getting out. I will always think of KTEDESCO and FWDJUNKY as members even though neither now own rigs or join us anymore.

What are you doing to your k5?

I thought this was going to be thread with Dad looking for some sort of cooking utensil.

Duane, I'll be driving back to the front range Sunday, unfortunately. I think that come about March the General may be coming to stay in Delta for a few months. There are some trails, not to mention a birthday trip to Moab, I want to do and it'd be easier to just leave him out there. That is if I can get the General trail worthy by then. I know you can feel my potential pain. :deal:

Fooled you didn't I! Looks like we will just have to stay home and play some mean games of WATERWORKS. I guess we could go for a little trip just to see how my new tires improve the "blue thing".
