Drifting, a real sport ???

    I keep seeing stuff on TV about this new sport called drifting. Whats so new and special about it ??     Fad. I mean its like figure skating, they get judged and thats that. As far as I know there aren't really any set rules, how can a sport be ok just go out and we will grade you. Sounds like a bunch of buddies getting drunk and stupid to me.

    Yeah, its lame. Its not a race, theres no time trials, it just gets judged. While i can respect the actual racers who do it at high speed, i cant respect these drift competitions. Its like well done show truck, it looks cool, but there really is no point.
