    I need a driveline that will fit a 77 blazer with a 465/205 with a fixed yoke and a 14 bolt. I have a 5" rear lift if you have one[IMG]

I'm needing the rear, I have a front one here that fits. The suburban had a 2 piece driveline and I need a one piece to put it into the Blazer chassis.

no I don't think so, Just lock his hubs and put it in 4wd he'd never know,LOL. Even one off a truck will work just as long as it is a one piece driveline with a fixed yoke end. that way i have soemthing to cut down.

I may have a d/s out of my '79 with a 350 tranny and 203 case. IT has new u joints and a conversion in the rear. don't know if that will work for you, but if it will shoot me a pm. I really want a high angle rear shaft and if you want this one, maybe I can work a deal. Thanks.

Go ahead. I think I need to measure what size I need. I have one out of a 350/203 so it is really short when compaired to a 465/205. Cut it twice and it's still too short[IMG]

I called the local yard and they want $150 for them to order one in from another yard, that that price I can have mine here retubed but it's in sad shape and has come loose on the truck before, so i want to start with a better shaft.

hey willy,i used a 2 piece driveline and the long half of it was long enough once i took of the carrier bearing because they have a slip yoke in them.i took it to my driveline guy had it shortened and was all good.ya knowi have the exact driveline you need but im having it shortened again for the doubler im installing this week.

Cool, I'll check that out, but what tranny and case you using? I have the 465-205 so ihave the longest shaft a blazer would have in the rear. it's like 9" longer then the 350-203 one I have.

Nope mines different, I looked at it today, the long half is a normal slip yoke line, the short half has the u-joint for the tranny part and then has a splined shaft to use the slip yoke part off the longer half. damnit. Anyone have a rear driveshaft out of a 73 to 91 blazer with a 465-205???? or a fixed yoke one out of a truck that is a one piece.???
