When I turn on my lights my drivers side tail light stay lit up like I am on the brakes. If I hit the brake the light does nothing. With the lights off and I hit the brakes the brake lights work fine. What would cause this.

Did you replace that bulb and then notice this or did it just start happening out of the blue?
I would say replace the bulb if you have not. Or if you did, make sure it isn't in backwards. The tabs on the bulbs are offset for this reason.

It just happened out of the blue. I will change the bulbs and see what happens.
