i just got a drop pitman arm from a local 4 wheel place and i am not sure if its a 4 inch drop or not. doesnt look like it. on the box it says the product code is CA50 and is made by skyjacker. i went on there site and all i could find is that it says it for a 82 jimmy for a 2 inch drop is this right. should i return it or is this a 4 inch drop. its going on my 87 chevy pickup. thanks

Actually, thats a true 1.5" drop arm, not 2".

And yes, thats the number for Skyjacker. They advertise that arm to fit up to 4" lift, not 4" drop on the arm. I've got this same arm on my K30 with 4" lift also.

If it were me, I would have gotten the 4" raised steering arm instead. But only if you have a 10 bolt or D44 front axle. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif
