    Hummmm .... let's see:

    7 Liter rear-mounted V-8:
    575 bhp @ 5500 rpm
    570 lb-ft @ 4700 RPM

    1/4 mile = 10.8 @ 131.0 mph
    Skidpad = 1.02 G's

    I could get used to driving that! /forums/images/graemlins/peace.gif

    Too bad about the $430,000 price tag! /forums/images/graemlins/doah.gif

    it's not the down force like one would see on a formula car because of the wings....it's the undercarriage that's completely covered...they engineered these wind breaks underneath the car that creates it's own low pressure system that sucks the car to the road...they said on the program that this air pressure change allows the car to create it's own air pressure system and it's own gravity while driving upside down.....

    that's what's cool about!!!!!!!!

    [/ QUOTE ] I just wasn't overly fond of the center steering of the mcclaren F1. Yeah, and for less the a second difference in the 0 to 60, I can't see spending the difference.
