There is no better way to cook chicken. Corn on the cob, baked potatos, squash, and broccoli. All cooked on the grill. /forums/images/graemlins/pimp1.gif

How do you do yours as I've heard many different ways. I've always just stuck a half a can of beer up the chickens ass and let her sit on the bbq for about half a day /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Basically, that's it. But to really get the best flavor you have to have exactly 1/2 a can of beer. It usually takes me a few tries before I get it exactly right.

Anything worth doing is worth doing right, ya know.

There's a version of drunk chicken that chinese people make. You dont do it the same way (you dont use a can) but you basically use your favorite beer, or whisky, soak the chicken in it, then steam it. Waste of alchol if you ask me. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Beer can chicken, quite popular- We used to do it by adding garlic and other spices in the beer- salt and pepper the outside, wrap in aluminum foil.

    cook until done. Yum!

We always called it "violated chickens"(sp.)
I put all my spices in the can with the beer. /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif
