Yeah, I do that for my job alot and I always keep on hand a heavy duty respirator. Almost like those old WWII gas masks, they are awesome and its really not good for you to breath in that stuff. It causes alzheimers and cancer and all sorts of [darn]. Atleast buy some of those crappy little masks that cover your nose and mouth, as far as insulation goes, I try to wear a jump suite while I do it.

I've been using that encapsulated insulation. For those of you who don't know it's got a sheet of plastic all around it so there's less fiberglass paritcles floating around. [ QUOTE ]

[/ QUOTE ] I got one of those new 'foward acting' Power shot staple guns, the ones where the staple comes out on the end you push on. Needless to say, the second time I used it I put a 1/2" staple through the palm of my hand because I was holding it backwards. /forums/images/graemlins/doah.gif /forums/images/graemlins/doah.gif /forums/images/graemlins/angryfire.gif

Whew, I'm glad I'm done with that phase of my house on this side... 5 ceilings, 1 full room, misc walls, and I'm now on to the bathroom...

I feel for ya, sheetrocking sucks!
