Im doing the conversion with my 4" lift.
I have the Doetsch 8403 shocks.
Which lower mount (factory duals) do I use for the shock ?
I assume the outside one (with the two tabs that was used for the short shock since the tower is going in its place)
    Is this correct?

dunno about ur rig, but the lower front shock mounts on my rig were really single shock mounts that used a longer bolt and a spacer thing outside the bracket for the second shock. kinda ghetto.. so I used my own hardware and just mount them the normal way (double shear).

Yep..same as mine. I will open the tabs to get the shock to mount. I guess I just follow the setup on Steve's the Product Review writeup for the tower installation. Rebuilt the front springs last nite with the UHMPE strips and installed them today /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
