Well #2 cylinder had 2 cracks in the head. Found another head and everything is on schedule to be ready for buildup on Saturday. It's just costing more than I had planned.

I do too. I will pretty much have a new truck when I'm done. Tranny has been taken apart and everything is fine. Clutch is two years old and still looks new. I will put a new throw out bearing and pilot bearing in though.

Motor is being bored 30 over and totally rebuilt. Have a cracked exhaust manifold and that was $200 at the dealer. The bare cylinder head was $180. P.S. lines and pump was another $200. Plus all the other small stuff that is adding up pretty quick.
