Look for a duelly 14 BFF axle and bolt it in. I've seen them in the For Sale forum.

Do you want to install the dually fenders or cut up the back of your K5 to fit the tires?

I saw one today. I've seen it in the past, infact, it was for sale on Craiglist about a month ago and someone posted here about it. It had the dually fiberglass fenders and ran a Dana 70HD. Looks like it was done well, but the truck is getting old and is showing wear.

Here's a link to the post. Go to the second page for another pic. of a different Dually Blazer.

I had dules put on my 91 k5, from headers to chrome tips, with 2 new cats, and 2 new mufflers, it ran me about 1100 bucks.

1100 BUCKS!?!?!? Did they supply lube?! That's ridiculous.

Anyway, snjo23, you can check the pics of my old 90 in my signature. I had duals run behind the rear tires angled out a little bit.

The exhaust consisted of 2.5" pipe from each manifold to two tractor mufflers (metal baffles instead of fiberglass). I then removed the mufflers, cut them apart, removed the baffles, then welded them back together and back into place. From there, it went out the back into 4" chrome angled tips. It "sounded" like a monster truck, but it sure as hell didn't have the power.

If you do something like mine, be prepared to install a better sound system or some sound deadening material. It popped like crazy and pissed people off.
