This just makes me mad. I changed the fluid in my 14b FF cuz the thing was leaking. The bolts are backing off. They are not standard Diff bolts. They are bolts that were fabricated to do the job for a bit. Now I want the some real bolts in there. I called the dealer and all I got on the other end was "rear what bolts"? All he could tell me is that they MIGHT be 3/8.
The question. What size are the rear diff cover bolt sizes? Or where can I get some?
    Thanks....for not laughing too hard!!!!

They are 3/8 coarse thread 3/4" long (bought new ones for diff guard the other day).

Had that problem on my 10 bolt. Too short of bolts back off, resulting in frustrating leaks : )

Wrecking yard was my source though!

You have a guard on there as well? How thick is the guard?
    Thanks

The stock length is 3/4", my guard bolts are 1" long, guard is 1/4" thick.
