Does anybody have the same problem of dust getting into the CD head unit causing it to skip? Especially after a trail run! How do you solve this issue?

Prevention! Put a piece of masking tape over the CD opening before you hit the trails. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Check out some of the marine supply shops. I've seen a hinged plastic cover that seals up the front of the head unit, while still allowing you to see the display. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Does yours have an opening through the face plate for the CD? With my deck I have to fold down the face plate to change the CD, Face plate keeps the slot from dust.

Have you tried a can of air ??? I have used them to blow out my CD player and it's always worked for me. If need be, one of those cleaner disc in combo with the can of air.
