DVD burner

    I'm going to get a DVD burner with my new computer, This is the one i'm thinking about. Anyone here have any recomedations?

    DVD: 200ms
    CD: 160ms

    Probably a safe bet.
    Are you sure you need this much capacity?
    It seems like it was only a short while ago CD-R's were selling for this much. Now they're $50.
    If you want one today, I'd say go for it.

    it's really so i can make DVD's out of my Digital video camera and send them to friends and family, and to backup my programs.

    The DVD Ram (burner) for my computer is still like $500.00, so I'm waiting for the prices to come down. I bought an IBM computer, and wanta keep it all IBM.
