I was wondering if anyone knew anything about Dynomax glasspacks. I was thinking about putting them on my '72. I wanted to know what the sound and tone quality was. My '72 has a 350.

Dynomax doesn't make a glass pack that I know of. They make something that looks like a glass pack in their Race Bullet. Those things are horribly loud and will not pass any sort of inspection for a street driven vehicle.

If you're in the market for new mufflers and want to hear a nice selection, I'd suggest pointing your browser to http://www.classicalpontiac.com and clicking on the links to order the Silent Power CD. It contains audio tracks, flow, and sound level information.

I thought the super turbo's were filled w/ glass???

Any way...I have a Super turbo on my s10...I love the sound. They are quieter than a FlowMaster and flow better...they are also cheeper.

When I replace my dual 1.75" glass-packs (that are too small and rusting away) I will go with Dynomax.
